| One small classroom and a shared faculty work space were merged during a Summer 2023 renovation creating a larger, flat-floored classroom for 32 students in the basement of Kirby Hall. Working with the departments of Political Science and International Affairs and Statistical Sciences, STITCH Design Shop headed up renovation plans two dark, windowless spaces into an inviting, innovative classroom. Design choices included decreasing student desenity; adding mobile tables and chairs; and adding multiple projectors and monitors; a wood accent wall; and projectable writing surfaces. |
